I can't find anything similar to this. Anyone know what, if, I have anything here?

Looks like a bull on the bottom and some writing above him.

This side looks like a man leaning on his left arm, maybe sitting on a throne, with his right arm doing that emperor pose. IMG_20190225_024207597.jpg

The second photo looks like someone sitting on the John.

Not seeing it in there. I weighed it and it's around 4.1g. So... I don't know I'm gonna give up for the day. I'm tired of looking at the pictures. Talk to you tomorrow.

I've looked up as many ancient cultures' currencies that I can think of and I'm not finding anything. This thing is heavy too, 4.1g give or take for all the remaining concretion.

    Let's ask @zumbly or @Curtisimo or @TIF or @dougsmit

I think I mentioned somewhere else that I thought it seemed like a wheat stalk in the second photograph. Maybe Judaean or Nabataean? Just a guess.

oh yeah...now i can sort of see a antlers on the side you say you see the bull and on the other side, if i turn the thing around, i can rather make out either a seated man as you say or else a horse? I sure hope one of our experts will come along and solve this puzzle.

I think @KIWITI may be right, can even make out the TO of the ЄN TƔTO NIKA.

    Constans II
    642 to 643 AD
    Mint: Constantinople
    AE Follis
Obvs: ЄN TƔTO NIKA, Constans holding cross and gl. Cr.
Revs: Large M, NEOζ to right. ANA to left, star above. BII below.
    21x25mm, 5.3g
    Ref: Sear 1000, DO 60b

Yours could be an official follis, an imitation, or an Arab Byzantine?

    TIF Always learning.

Byzantine seems like a good guess because of the haphazard flan shape and likelihood of overstrike/recycling confusing the picture-- I think Kiwiti and David are on the right track.

I have only superficial knowledge of Byzantines so I can't help much with this coin.

I have a few of those with the M style. I just wish I could identify it better. I can't find any with an ox or bull. I've seen some with a lion attacking a bull but they are all facing left. Idk maybe I bought some fake garbage.

There is no bull or ox in your coin. Just look at David´s positioning of the photo, can you see the standing emperor with a scepter?
You have to consider some double-striking (usual in these), as you may have noticed, it was struck on half flan from a previous coin, so traces of the undertype are still visible (although I can´t make any sense of it).

I see it now. Are there ways to forge the concretion or the greening of copper like that? This thing was caked when I first got it. Yes, I'm cleaning it, it's mine.
