Extreme md 1972 P

    The only part of this coin that I question is the tail of the 2. But there is a whole lot of MD on it otherwise.

    There is a true DDO that has only that tail of the 2 though. It's 1972P-1DO-009

    All I see is the machine doubling on the reverse and nothing on the obverse.

    Hi! Yes, indeed the only true DDO that has to do with the tail is the 009. Still, you don't post any pics of the LIBERTY, so judging by the date on your coin (and only that)it could only be compared (and that's the best case scenario)with that of 010. Take a closer look.

    I honestly just posted the pictures because of the reverse MD, wasn't really needing more information on it but I do appreciate it.
