Hey guys, sorry I haven't been around much the past few days. Came down with a cold about a week ago, and have been just gotten over it the past few days. Also have been pretty busy over the weekend, but I should have a little free time tonight. I just wanted to show off one of my latest Lincolns. This one as you can tell by the title is a 1909 VDB, in BU R. All comments, criticism, grade opinions, everything are welcome on this coin. It has real nice matte fields, except I doubt it is the matte proof. Be nice though. Tell me what you think of it, and also take a stab at what I paid (BTW, sorry for poor pics, my camera couldn't focus right on this guy for some reason): Phoenix

OK, obvious pun notwithstanding, I'd say it set his piggy back bank piggy bank bank piggy bank back a pretty penny (hey, you try saying piggy bank back three times real fast!!! )....
Very Nice!!! There is a local auction scheduled this Friday night in my hometown and listed is a 1909 Indianhead and a 1909 VDB Lincoln as a lot. Do tell what this one set you back!!
Lol, thanks for all the replies! I really like this one, can't afford the matte, but this one does pretty nicely. Lol, I really appreciate you all stopping in and replying! So, y'all want to know how much I paid? I paid a total of 6 cents for this one, lol. Think I got a decent deal, lol. Phoenix
