I found 2 of these coins in OBW rolls out of $300 worth. I haven't touched them or manipulated them in any way. Can anyone tell me what the story is with this coin? I put the coin in question next to a normal looking coin from the same roll in the pics. Notice how the one on the left has no glare on it from the lighting like the one on the right? CoinWorld showed what the error coin looks like in their most recent issue and stated that they were punched on quarter planchets. This coin is the same size as the other so I don't know what to think. Does it just lack luster or is it an error? Thanks for any thoughts.

Without seeing it in person, I agree. If it were on a quarter planchet, it would be very obviously clad on the rims and it would be thinner and under-weight.
