Here is 1991p Jefferson what you all think mint or man? If man they got some skills because the Monticello where detail is exactly equal on both sides and I not any other parts of coin showing damage. Which the more I think about it that is probably more characteristic of damage by hands of a human. But what you all thinking?
PMD - Post Mint Damage The Nickel was intentionally worn down on both sides. Grinder then buffer just on the raised areas of Jefferson and Monticello Building.
