'68 Dime with no "S" mint mark was a proof coin, not a circulated strike. You have a Philly circulation strike.
In other words.. A Business Strike minted for circulation at the Philadelphia Mint which didn't use a Mint Mark in that year.
For some reason, "business" wouldn't come to me when typing my remark, so I went with circulation. Thanks for the correction.
