1982 Quarter

    This 1982 quarter has no rim and is missing the entire edge. Also has a bit of a copper color to it. Not sure what it's worth it but would love some opinions and advice.

    Looks as though it has been in an acid bath or sat in the ground for a long time. It's just damaged.

    Here is some advice.. Don't be concerned about worth.. You must first find out if it is a Mint Error or not. Besides, many Mint Errors really don't have huge premiums. As Stated your Quarter was dipped in acid. It is just damaged and only worth 25 Cents o_O

    I thought it looked like it had been damaged. Have you seen one that has no edge like this one? It seriously looks like 2 pieces of metal put together.

    Yes. the acid ate out the copper core of the quarter.
