First the warning, this is a Littleton Promotion. This means you will have to write CANCEL on the invoice and mail back the extra overpriced coins they ship with your Franklins in the PREPAID Shipping envelope they send you. If you need more info on this concept, just search for Littleton here on CT or even on Google and you will find more than you cared to know about Littleton.

    Step 1: Browse to www.littletoncoin.com
Step 2: Click on Respond to an Ad (upper right area of their home page).
    Step 3: Enter 7RH300
Step 4: select up to 3 sets for a total of 9 Franklins for a total of $38.85 SHIPPED!!
Step 5: Deselect Franklin Half Dollar Folder (unless you want one, $2.50 is decent price)
Step 6: Submit Order filling out Name and Payment info
Step 7: Receive Coins in the mail
Step 8: Write CANCEL with big black marker on Invoice and send extra overpriced coins back in their prepaid shipping envelope
Step 9: Order another 3 sets if deal is still working

    Good Luck and enjoy.

Update for clarification on where the deal is:

Currently, apmex.com is paying 11.35 times face for 90% silver. That comes to $51.08 for 9 Franklins. Here you are getting 9 Franklins for $38.85 shipped. The free coin is only worth face value in my opinion and is trivial to the deal.

they are not crooks. they may be over-priced but you can return anything you don't like.i don't use them myself but they sell you what they say they will.

I'm a little confused... why order 3 sets at a time when you only have to order 1 to get the free coin?

Too much hassle for me but good offer nonetheless.

I updated the OP to add the following clarification.

" Currently, apmex.com is paying 11.35 times face for 90% silver. That comes to $51.08 for 9 Franklins. Here you are getting 9 Franklins for $38.85 shipped. The free coin is only worth face value in my opinion and is trivial to the deal."

In terms of normal prices, Littletons is crooks. But they do stand out from the rest of the crooks out there in that they have outstanding customer service and honor your request to cancel without any hassle.

I have to say I agree with both those fellas. Litttleton are crooks when it come to prices. But at least you can send there overpriced itams back. Ether way I will not ever buy from them. I have in the past for a couple of things and thankfully they have gone up in value more then I paid. But that because I knew they would.

I made the mistake of buying a few things from them about 5 or 6 years ago. They kept sending me coins in the mail, that I would have to return when they came in. I had to call them 4 times to get them to stop. It took me almost a year to get them to stop sending me coins and even then they tried to bill me for a coin I NEVER got. If I am remembering right. That was another 2 or 3 call to strighten out. My last name is very commen, I think that was part of the issue. The best part of all this. I still get there catalogs in the mail. Even though I ASKED TO BE REMOVED from there mailing list. :(

I wouldn't neccasarily call them crooks, overpriced yes, but not crooks. The price of a coin should be how much you are willing to pay for it IMHO.

i just bought 3 sets. Why not. I do love franlins. I agree with what has been said - Littleton is WAY overpriced for anything you buy from them - but they are a reputable company in my eyes.

    Thanks for the heads up!

I don't think Littleton are crooks. They certainly are pricy though. Any of their coins that I have seen are very nice though. Still over priced, but darn nice for the grade.

I signed up for a couple of their coin of the month type offers in the past. After picking myself up off the floor after viewing the invoice, I just wrote cancel on them, sent them back, and never heard another word. Except for their catalogs and emails.

Ok, just an update. I received mine 3 today.

Just thought I would give an update. 51, 51S, 63D Bullion to me. Good price with silver where its at.

Also got shipped a 2007 Unc. American Eagle for the low low price of $24.56. Obviously its going back with a cancel note.

who needs money, use a credit card, flip the coins on ebay as soon as they arrive, and you'll have your profit before the cc bill is due.
