E006A3B9-8175-49DE-93E2-8134983B4C77.jpeg I’ve attached photos of the dime I found. I know nothing about coins period. I’ve looked some up and think it is possibly a one sided (which everyone says is unheard of) die adjustment and on the other side it looks to be a little off center. How do I know how much it’s worth and so forth? Thank you in advance!!!

Looks like a struck through late stage die cap. Very cool :)

Well, Nicole, it seems you do know enough about coins to know you had something that needed to be investigated. That's a lot more than the general public knows, as most wouldn't bother to try and find out why the coin was different, so kudos to you and welcome to Coin Talk. You can learn a lot on this site, so please keep checking your change and reading the posts here.

While your dime certainely isn’t worth $1000, ebay sold items show that others have sold for about $30. Still not too bad ROI for a dime. As for the 3 cents there, I am not seeing anything out of the ordinary.
