    Is there a Name for this Fellas, I was looking at this 83 and seen the crack between WE and followed it to the small bubble in the Circle of the Picture.

    First is just that, a die crack.
    2nd I can'd really tell from your picture. could be a plating blister.

    The Die Crack lead all the way to where the Blister Is, I’m still Searching For My First So I can Finally Put It up as an Avatar

    If that's the case it could be a retained interior die break. You can look that up on the website I provided earlier.
