Now I am curious. Exactly what is your level of education? Include training facilities (colleges, trade schools, anyplace where you were granted some kind of license or certification).

Also, please explain how that level of a formal education translates to your numismatic knowledge.

For example, I graduated from Fredonia State, one of many good State Colleges in the New York State University system. I earned a 3.8 GPA (Summa Cum Laude) for my Undergraduate Degree and then a 4.0 for my Masters Degree at Niagara University. I hold two teaching certifications.

I also graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, Georgia and helped train new Customs agents.

...and NONE of that applies to how knowledgeable I am about coins (except for some training on counterfeit currency).

So please don't be cocky about how educated you are or think you are. Clearly, you are not knowledgeable about coins, so it doesn't matter what your education level is.

People are either intelligent or they are not. You can't teach intelligence, but you can teach knowledge. The question is, do you have the patience to learn, and then learn how to teach yourself through experience?
