I wouldn't rule out AU58 but, because it is such a common date, I think it may still grade mint state . . . 64, if that's the case.
There is wear evident on both sides... obverse: centrally hair and ribbon... reverse: horn and various hide spots. IMHO...not more than AU58+. Having registered my opinion, some buffalo expert here on the forum will post and say the dies for that year were awful, even if a common year, and that TPGs give allowance for "as struck"...Spark
