I would like to know if this 1968 D penny will be worth the time and effort it would take to sell it? If what I’ve read online about it is true, what do you think this one is worth?

What have you read about it? Seems like a normal cent worth one cent.

Although, your pics are too blurry to see anything.

I answered "yes" since it is worth one cent. That is unless there is something special about it that I can't see.

First, welcome to the neighborhood, Jodie!

It depends on what you've read and where you read about it. If you found information on BoobTube, you must take it with a grain of salt.

Actually more like it pooped up. As far as I know, the cent is worth one cent. Wait for others, I am FAR from infallible.

Let's see, there were 2,886,269,600 pennies struck at the Denver Mint. The Cherrypickers Guide lists one RPM and one DDR. There may be others listed on Variety Vista, but I don't collect pennies. What do you think the odds are of finding them in the (nearly) 2.9 billion coins produced by the Mint?

What say you, @Rick Stachowski ?

Sellers can ask what ever they want for a coin. More often than not, they are hoping a sucker will come along who believes their garbage.
