In my collection there is no Platinum I own gold ,silver and coppers no Platinum well this changes now

hey enamel if that is the case that means that coming will be extremely rare in a sense that it was only a year created with Mark... and here's my question how come PCGS has not certified any Philadelphia or Denver or San Francisco mint rolls

 

It was done intentionally. Every coin had it so just a one year design change. With billions made they will never be rare. Btw, it was done to commemorate the anniversary of the Philadelphia mint.
