It is not the moderators job to pass judgment on the merits of any post or thread as long as it follows the rules as stated. Most members ( including long term) would be upset if such was proposed.

Best Solutions....Don't reply to any you do not want to, and if you do open one and don't like it, its on you, so just find a different thread or put the member on ignore. Do not use language unacceptable by rule as that works against you. Jim

If that's an error then I'd like to ask, how many would one be interested in purchasing from me (should I be lucky enough to 'find' a few piles of them)?
I'll get to work on them right away (work on 'finding them' I meant).

I’d say you are making them in your mother’s basement and will shortly be selling them on Etsy as rare pac-man error coins with no mint marks. Get em while they’re hot.

    Almost forgot,
Thanks, I enjoy hearing from you people that has been collecting for years and I have done my research sir. Everything about these two coins are mint error no fresh scars it's funny how everyone has an idiot like me to pick on so if y'all know so much about coins, all u have to do is look at ALL the dates on the obverse and I was hoping to be able to gain some useful knowledge of it all but I haven't finished researching yet. Thanks and have a great night. Peace.

Lol... Not but it sounds good, there is a story that goes with each of them. That I'm chasing, all the great and famous of the world left something behind that tells their life story, not what we are hearing about but their side of it. I've been trying to get someone to her me for almost two years now but no luck. I have had some really great pieces disappear and understand that they don't stay forever but the next is always a pleasure to work with.

Charlie, I am not sure of your direction on the forum, but may I offer the same direction I mentioned above about postings to others. If you are having fun, that is fine, If you are trying to be serious and honest, you should listen to most of the above posts, as they have knowledge of the production techniques of the mints, and your coins did not leave the mint that way unless they were drop on the mint parking lot and ran over by an asphalt grinding machine. It is obvious to me that you are either trying to be mischievous or you have not read anything on the minting process. You can use the internet to find written and video material to help, and we can fill in weak areas, but please do not continue to post and insist on the impossibles. We learned over the years and you could also, but not by refusing to accept informative answers from most.
    Good Evening. Jim

You could show us 100 damaged 1977 cents, but it would not change anything. Your coins are not mint errors. This is obvious to anyone with any knowledge of the minting process.

    brokecoinguy I like what I can't afford

You'll gain knowledge but listening to the people that are more knowledgeable than you. No errors just severely damaged coins.
