    You don’t need to post this multiple times. It was damaged after it left the mint

    Scraped up by something. Maybe it was stuck in some industrial machinery.

    Yes, I do. Just like all the other posts you have made this one is damaged.
    I wasn't going to intervene in the other threads, because everyone has already answered correctly. You really need to do some study of the minting process, this coin never left the mint in this condition.
    It is your choice to call them what you want but don't be ignorant of what it is and that is a severely damaged cent.
