Hey guys, so this is a 1919A Germany 1/2 mark (silver) w/toning. It looks like the reverse is a double die, but I'm wondering if I could get your opinion. Thanks! $_57.JPG $_53337.JPG

I see the doubling on 'Mark',
    and a few other places.

    However, the photo isn't close
up enough to tell if it's a DD
    or a re-cut/re-punched die
    on those letters.

Better photos, closer up, would be
    most helpful./

Where it says "MARK", the 2 also it looks like it and even at the top in REICH. I don't know how to edit photos very well, but I think this is the best I can do, sry!

Is there a way to tell whether it is a DD or a re-cut? I'm not too familiar with a Re-cut/re-punched die. Thanks
