Okay i'm thinking what can I do before it's time to go out and shovel my driveway... so I looked at my Washington Quarters and found this one. Am I crazy or is this the 1951-D FS-101?
I vote no. Washington DDOs and DDRs are tough to attribute, though, because of the shallow strikes and rounded letters and devices.
I don't see doubling on IN GOD WE... does this reference help you at all? http://www.varietyvista.com/09b WQ Vol 2/DDO Detail Pages/1951DDDO002.htm Here the doubling is visible on those words: https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin/1951-d-25c-ddo-fs-101/145819
I love the Variety Vista site as I belong to CONECA, and they are usually on top of the pics but they probably just need an example submitted to them to photograph, so I just used the pics from the Cherry Pickers Guide this morning.
I haven't checked your attribution,but....DDO's dont need to show actual doubling. Some are wide spread letters or lettering. When I first looked at IGWT I was rather sure it was a ddo.
