what you have are gas bubbles

In all copper Cents they are called Occluded gas bubbles

It's rather common and has no added value. In fact, it's possible that those will pop down the road and the zinc below will begin to rust. Feel free to spend it; you'll find more over time.

Plating bubbles. Common. Spender.

 

A nice zinc plating bubble. Don't puncture it. The coin will rot faster than normal.

Easy to puncture the bubble...use an old sewing machine needle.

But if you are keeping it, don't do that!...Spark

 

Even a toothpick has been know to pop a plating blister.
