I have been trying to find the 1st year,(2016) I believe, gold 1 oz. Winged Walking Liberty from the National Parks. I know it is worth whatever I am willing to pay, but I can't find one listed anywhere. I know I want it only in PF 70 Ultra Cameo as graded by NGC for my collection. Has anyone seen one anywhere and if so, do you know what the asking price is. Ballpark is OK. Appreciate any help.
In 2016, the mint issued 3 gold coins with classic designs; 1/10 oz Winged Liberty (Mercury) "dime" 1/4 oz Standing Liberty "quarter" 1/2 oz Walking Liberty "half" If you search the web, you should find several for sale. A local coin shop may be able to help locate one as well. The NGC web site may be of help. Good luck!
I have found only one listing for your needs. I have not found how many were actually minted in existence but it's probably a very low mintage. The dime was minted 125,000 https://www.ebay.com/itm/2016-W-NGC...rstClass!23228!US!-1:rk:1:pf:1&frcectupt=true This may or may not be what you're looking for.
Pictures please (so we can help figure out what you have). Use the 'Upload a File' button on the bottom of the text box to add the images. Welcome to CoinTalk
If this is the one, (in gold or silver) you mean check out MCM, or other big bullion dealers. Search eBay.
That must be what the OP is looking for - not a coin, per se, but a medal that checks off the boxes for 'Winged', 'Liberty', 'National Parks' and NGC PF-70 ultra cameo.
Apparently they only minted 1,000 and they retailed for $4,000 new, so - as you mentioned - they are hard to find. https://coins.ha.com/itm/modern-bul...ified-as-9999-fine-gold-with-a/a/1261-20719.s
