Is this considered a Mint error?

Is these two strips pointed in the picture considered a mint error?

Couldn’t find anything about it, and I haven’t seen it on the other coins I have.

They could be tiny die cracks and if they are they're too small to increase the value of the coin. I've been wrong before so wait for more replies from more experienced members.

What makes you think that my man cause I can't see the doubling on T And I've tossed many these

 

Take a look at AMERICA, that the easiest way to tell .

 

Keep in mind everyone, There's 8 classes of doubled dies .

Half of those coins in the photo below were found on a abandoned house (grammas)
Guess I have a lot of work to do

 

Well it’s really hard for me to tell the differences.
Can anyone tell me how much it’s worth and how is the best way to search rare coins out of a bucket full of pennies?
I’m kinda lost... too many things to look at, too many coins, too many variations
