The value is diminished, since it was harshly cleaned at a point in time. Best guess in the condition it is in, $30.00. Let's see what other collectors feel the value is.
The coin looks in good condition, harshly cleaned and possible corrosion on the left obverse. Based on that criteria, I would estimate the coin at $37.50 to $42.50. It appears to be good 4 by ANA and PCGS grading standards. Not harshly cleaned and not corroded would put it at $85 based on Coins Magazine. PCGS Graded good shows $100. Being raw, harshly cleaned, and possibly corroded, I would estimate the price range I mentioned above. Pricing is subjective just like grading is subjective. I used Q. David Bowers "Grading Coins by Photographs" to subjective grade. I did not subjectively price by die variety. Noting the die break on the left reverse.
There are plenty of much nicer looking coins available in the $70 - $80 range, so this coin will likely not command much more than the $30 - $40 range indicated above.
If you can pass on this coin please do so. It will never straight grade due to being harshly cleaned. There are much better coins in better condition than this poor thing. Only worth around $30-35.
