Hello all first I want to say happy new years to everyone and I hope all is well. I haven't been searching for a while due to health reasons but I was bored today and decided to go through some coinage I put back to look at and I believe I have found my first 72 ddo and wanted to ask you all what you think cause I have been fooled by the hub doubling in the past but the extra thickness on the in god we trust makes me think that it is the real deal. I am using a crappy usb scope so I hope the pics are good enough for you all.
Number 3. Nice find. Congrats http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1972&die_id=1972p1do003&die_state=eds
I was looking at the die markers and it made me think of 3 stage D cause of the parallel die scratches between we trust
3 is the most common, at least that I have found in my searches. Still it's always a fun find. I haven't pulled a 72 DDO in quite some time now
im just happy to find something was on a long dry spell before I stopped and maybe a break is what I needed to build some luck up lol.
I tried storing all my pocket change for over a year. That didn't work. I have a couple year no luck on this date. Nice find @eric6794 Happy New Year!
