What’s up with this die clash

I found another semi-strong looking die clash! It appears very odd, as there are raised bumps near the date and forehead of Jefferson that are not on any die clash overlays. Is it possible these are from it being a LDS?

Not a Clash. Die Deterioration showing on the field. Known as a worn die strike.

What about the raised portion of metal right to the left of the 1 and between the hair? It seems to show up on clash overlays

 

The way the light and shadow appears on the "line" between the 1 and the bust makes it look like it is recessed, a scratch or gouge.

 

More accurately a bump I suppose, the circled is what Im referring to

I agree it is just a very worn die

 

Possibly original die surface that HASN'T been eroded by die deterioration as the die surface above and below it has.
