This coin according to seller has a mink mark. There used to be a mink farm nearby to my house. I didn't know they left their mark on coins. eBay # 330204454450

I can't tell, I really don't know about these
I don't see where he says "mink mark". He may have changed the wording of his auciton but just now it says, "BEAUTIFUL COIN WITH 4 DIGIT DATE AND VERY WELL PRONOUNCED MINT MARK."
I sent a message to the seller. He has corrected the typo. Yeah, I am in the hunt for a 1921-D Walker. I have a complete set except the 21-D. Just picked up the 21-P last month and only have this one more to get for a complete set of Walkers in a new Dansco. Been working on it a couple years. The 1921-D is the tough key with the lowest mintage. The rare bird. And the ones I've seen are so pathetic looking even for $275 to $300.
Yeah he had mink mark written. Just thought it was odd. Minks are smelly animals. The mink farm nearby would always stink to high heaven every summer. The old man came from Germany. His son Kurt worked the farm all his life and now he's passed too. The 2 grandsons had no interest in taking over the business. You have to kill the mink and strip the fur. Kurt had pieces of his fingers missing where the mink bit him. And you know the animal activists put the kabosh to natural furs. So now the 2 grandsons live there but the mink are all gone.
Mink Farm? Oh no not another Medford Wisconsin person. That's the so called Mink capital of the world. Same place Tombstone Pizzas come from. So did my first wife. She went back.
