    There was a 1959 Lincoln with a wheat back reported, but I believe it was eventually found to be a fake. That being said, if you read the listing, he never says that this is a 1959 wheat back cent. In fact, he says the opposite:

    Well, in general, all of the coins do appear to be struck. I guess they could stand to be a little less accurate... LOL

    yeah i read it i was just stating the fact that the auction implied the 59 was a wheatback cent lol

    Not trying to make excuses for the lister, but if you look further down, you will see a 1958 Lincoln with a wheat back pictured. It appears to me to be the same picture you have above. My guess is that he just got the wrong picture in the wrong spot. However, do not take this in any way to be a recommendation to buy this.
