Okay guys, haven't posted a question for atleast a few days, so here is one for you guys, lol. I want all of your opinions on these. Grade opinions, how much you would pay and think a fair price is (not a deal, but a good price or average one should expect to pay.) Sorry, all I have is a 6 month old price guide, so I need y'alls help. So, what do you think of them? Thanks ahead of time!

Grades of 1934d and 1935 cents

By looking at the pictures, I would have to say the 34d is probably MS64 because of a small nick on the front and the 35 is MS60 to MS63 because of a long stratch on the back. It is hard to say what condition the coins are in, though, without examining the coins in person. I think it is safe to say the coins are at least AU or almost uncirculated.

Did I miss something? Where is the 34-D?

    34- That has a shot at 66
    36- 64 Maybe 65. Nice reverse
    35- 65 (RB?)
    35-D 63

That 34 is a nice looking coin but did you notice the scratch across ONE on the reverse??? With that scratch Id say MS64 but Im not really too sure how much that scratch detracts from the grade.
Now Phoenix, they look like they are all from the same seller, are the??? Id say offer him like $15, and if he asks for $20, tell him $20 shipping included. Much more than that, Id pass. If the 35D was nicer, then Id offer a bit more, but its not so....

What 34 D? Thanks for the reply!

    DJP:
Yeah, they are from the same seller. Although, I hate to do it sometimes, but I'm going to have to use my bartering skill with this lot. He wants about $18 each for them. Thought that was a little pricey for raw Lincolns like this. Thanks for the reply!

    Jack:
Man, no, I didn't notice that. I'll ask him about it. Thanks!

Thanks for all the replies and help so far, I'll let ya know how everything transpires!

WOW!!!! $18 each????? I think you should pass. Let me find you some, cheap on ebay. Dont even bother trying to talk the seller down in price, just pass, move on, find them somewhere else. They are just common P mints. The 35D is the best one but still not worth that much.

That 34- "just common P mint" is $22 in 65 and the 35- is $19. The 35-D is only $3.50 in 63. And I just paid $75 for my 36- "common P mint". The date has less meaning than the condition particularly in the wheats 34-58.

I agree with what they are worth. Im not trying to say that they arent worth the $18 a piece the seller is asking. But I know Phoenix really has to watch his budget and so dont I. Anyhow, Ive noticed in my collecting experiences, as long as Im very patient, Ill always find what Im looking for, for a whole lot cheaper. Sometimes its hard to be so patient, but it always pays off in the end. Anyhow, I just bought a nice 1936, its prob MS64. I paid $3 and Ill offer it to Phoenix for $3.01

    DJP: See pm.

Thanks for the replies! Well, I probably will pass on them for now, search for a better deal, and work on my VF/XF set some more. I get a little sidetracked though, am a sucker for those Red cents. :D Thanks for the help and replies, and sorry about not taking them.
