Always liked the gothic design, but the pics leave a great deal to be desired for evaluating the coin.

1889 Gold Mohur I have been offered an 1889 Gold Mohur for 1800 dollars (INR 75,000/-) Do you think it is fair value for this coin ? I have attached the images to this post. Thanks
no one can follow me bone. i live on planet vulcan most people dontlike it there . and whatever gave you the idea i am sophisticated. i am a plain and humble collector with some odd coins.
its AU not MS so if you are looking for A Ms coin this wont cut it. Also look for rim damage before you buy, the color looks a bit unnatural but it could just be the pic make sure u look under a loupe to make sure it hasnt been cleaned
The one high priced coin was not an ordinary coin - look again. As for the grades, what those guys call an EF the TPG's will slab as MS all day long. As for estimates, estimates are almost always low spock. They do it on purpose to get more people to bid.
you were telling me i can get those for below $1000 why not show me some live auctions so i can get ont he bandwagon. and with all due respect what they are callign extra fine the TPG would not slab as ms.
