Lol! She’s the only one who agrees with my lunacy and this the only one who knows what she’s doing. My dear. So glad I ignored that person.

I have already offered to cover costs of submitting it to NGC or PCGS. The OP never will, because the OP is just a lonely troll wasting our time. I’ve had enough. You want to make a troll go away? You ignore it.

Troll or not. If everyone here ignored him and he posted more of this ridiculous damaged crap? With no rebuttals or worse the newbies agreeing with him? I can't let that happen, can you imagine all the trolls that would be posting?

I thought that, but this guy isn’t clearly lonely. It won’t take long for people to realize how little he knows. I don’t have time for liars or willfully ignorant people.

I find it surprising that no one has yet upvoted this post. Well said and is something that needed to be said openly.

I'm sorry to say it, but there have been a number of instances where her posts suggests she places significantly more emphasis on feelings and does so at the cost of fact or reality. This type of behavior may be regrettably acceptable in much of life today, but is something we all should shun at every opportunity when applied to this hobby. Facts matter, and if they happen to hurt someone's precious little feelings, so be it. While there may be little dangerous or to lose from some clown thinking their junk actually a gem, embracing such nonsense sets a precedent that can in fact be very dangerous should someone decide to expand their hobby involvement outside of their pockets. It's all fun and games until someone wastes or loses money they cannot afford, but it isn't the coddlers who'll pay the price.

I guess you don't like to follow the CT Code of Honor or maybe you don't have to???

    1. Post unto others as you would have them post unto you.
    2. Keep it clean, like a 1950s family television show.
    3. If you don't like the coin, don't trash the person.

@Seattlite86 This IS a family oriented forum but I would never let my child read or write comments as derogatory as some of yours. And @BooksB4Coins before you continue to Dog Newbies let's check your qualifications to make such assumptions...answer 1 question, Which President Ending the Military Draft When EDITED

I'll happily allow my posting history to stand against your whining and deflective idiocy.

Oh, and thanks for proving me undeniably correct with your two posts above.

And where in any of your comments are you actually offering help as opposed to deprecatory, disrespectful, demeaning; critical, pejorative, negative, unfavorable, uncomplimentary, unflattering, insulting; offensive, personal, abusive, rude, nasty, mean, hurtful; defamatory, slanderous comments?

I have to wonder if this insanity exists in other collector areas or does it primarily manifest itself in coins because people see and touch money everyday?

So I see you perfectly dodged answering my question not unlike you do with most of your comments to newbie questions (along the lines of the 1970's Establishment) . You just showed your colors my friend.. Edited: Political Discussions not allowed

Let me guess... within a few more posts you'll be blubbering on about the horrid patriarchy too?

I didn't "dodge" your question but simply tried to avoid the pressure to engage in more deflective idiocy. This isn't rocket science, Tammy... do notice how this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the issue at hand.

And again, I'll happily place my posting history, including those directed towards newbies, against your coddling ignorance any day. As is ALWAYS the case with folks like you, you're desperate to promote a certain narrative regardless of fact or reality, and if that means painting someone who has given/done infinitely more than you as some sort of boogeyman, so be it. The desired ends always justify the means, right?

It's simply beyond comical how you haven't the slightest reservation in going on the attack, yet think yourself so super special that you're somehow immune from criticism or the very treatment you're eagerly willing to dish out to others.

A Fair place to stop this argumentative discussion. Get off of this subject line of personality defects, there are enough to go around. No one has to agree with another member's posting , but stop the personal stuff. Just post if you wish " I have a different view point which is .......... " WITHOUT the various names, political innuendoes, sexist comments ( both ways), etc. I am asking as further continuation will not be as gentle in the next post. Thanks. Jim

Aside from one word that would have to be viewed in an extremely and conveniently narrow-minded context, you just engaged in the very thing you're here threatening us over. How dare you first use your mod powers to edit numerous posts leaving them open to assumptive interpretation, and only then make such a vile and infinitely personal accusation. You could have easily made your point without it, but obviously felt that deep inner need to yet again inject the thread with your own thinly-veiled and wholly unnecessary "political innuendo". "Stop the personal stuff", indeed...

There's a handful of accusations that one had better be able to back up with unquestionable fact before making today, particularly in such an open and easily accessible venue. Surely you're well aware of the fact accusations of racism, homophobia, bigotry, and sexism can be infinitely damaging to those targeted, yet you have the gall to preach to us about not getting personal? We may have crossed a line, Jim, but so did you and in spectacular fashion.

So much for mods being held to the exact same standards as we serfs.... respect begets respect, Jim. Merry Christmas.

@tammiGee I’m still waiting for you to show me ANY post I’ve made that’s not appropriate for children to view. Are you going to show even one, or was your only goal to sit there and virtue signal? I have told you before, as politely as I feel possible, that you lack the numismatic knowledge to be offering advice to other members. I stand by that and if you don’t your kids seeing that, it is most likely out of embarrassment and not for any false claims of inappropriateness on my account. Even so, I welcome you to show me a comment that’s not appropriate; I am not above making a mistake and cannot learn if I am not shown where I erred.
