I know I haven't posted any of this lately haven't been looking through rolls. I got this in change. But Lincoln has a pointy cheek. it caught my eye. It's not normal.
I believe that is the very famous Lincoln Memorial Cent "Joan Rivers" Variety (Cherry Pickers Guide reference number LC-001JR) as it had some sort of facial reconstructive surgery, where its value died on the operating table.

It may be specific to the die, @Shrews1994. They literally go through thousands of those in a mintage of that size. Conceive of it, not as an error, but rather as a subtle distinction particular to that working die. And I believe the big brains will back me up on that.
I'd keep it, call it Cheeky Lincoln on the flip. Then for fun throw it on ebay with a starting bid of $1 and $3 shipping
Thay's refreshing to hear. I've been booted from sites for referring to oddities in coinage as art. But it is in the eye of the beholder after all correct?
I'm sorry. This wasn't in change. I had to go and get coffee filters at Kroger. And I went to the coin star it had five pennies in it. This one was in there. Cause you know coin star rejects error coins lol. I seen it and said this one is odd. So I had to post it on here.
Funny because I looked up what jcro57 said these photos I took were on there. My photo in the images on coin talk. I said whoa I have a page on the internet of a made up error coin name. Lol thanks jcro57.
