Ordered mine from China for $1 each (including shipping). Takes a couple of months to get, but I was in no hurry. I have both gold and silver.
    Here's the "gold"

Oh, sure, rub it in, why don't you. If I want to go to Fry's, all I have to do is hop onto I-85 south and drive for a few minutes. 300 or so of them. :(

Have both a Fry's and a Harbor Freight within a 10 minute or less drive.

I faithfully read the email edition of the Fry's ad every morning. I have dealt with them and mail delivery for a long time, and they are great! I have Costco+ Gas , Aldis, Harbor Freight, and about 20+ 99cent stores within 10 miles. Would love a Sprout's but it would add lbs I don't need.

I'd gladly trade you our Sprouts (just a few blocks from my house) for your Fry's.

I don't have a Fry's locally, 90miles away, so I use their morning email and UPS. I would trade Aldis for your Sprouts, I have to go to Ariz, 60 miles to get Sprouts and Barnes and Noble, But there is also gas 30 cents gal. cheaper

Huh. I was really looking forward to Sprouts (just opened a few months ago), but now that it's here, I'm still getting most of my produce from Aldi. Then again, I'm not super into organics or obscure veggies.

$5 Sprouts sushi on Wednesdays has become a new family tradition, though.

I have two Fry's (what the hell would the plural of that be?) near me, the farthest being 30 minutes away. I have not been at Fry's in over 2+ years. It's not like it used to be when the Friday ads would come out and you would see a sweet deal on an 80GB HDD for $80 or a CPU & mobo combo.

Maybe it's because I am just older now, but with Amazon and it's Prime sub, it's so hard to justify going to a store that:
    • won't beat the price
    • sales people either will never leave you alone at the aisle they manage
    • or are completely MIA when you do need them
    • get really mad when you refuse to show them your receipt at the door when they just watched you come from the register.
I only ever think of them if I must have something that day that I can't get anywhere else. The store to me just feels like 5% normal computer components, 5% extremely overpriced electronics (PCB style), and a crap ton of cheap novelty toys. Once again, I'd much rather just order from Amazon or AliExpress. Early 2000's, it was great. Now? Eh, not worth the gas to get there unless needing something urgent.

Used to even order stuff from outpost.com if anyone remembers that site.

I just realized that I haven’t heard much hype about Bitcoin in a while. I wonder why?

That’s why. Turned out to a poor investment after all.

Are there any US sellers that offer these for cheap? Fry's is also the only retail store I've seen sell these cool pieces. I was looking to get around 10 or 20 of these and not spend a whole lot of money. Last time I went to Fry's they sell them for $4.99 each.

I realize these bitcoins have no monetary value, they look awesome and would have a nice place in my collection. If I bought from a Chinese ebay seller am I getting the same exact product?

Well, its up about 40% since then. So would have been a great investment if purchased when you posted that.

Not so much if you bought at 19,000 last year.

Like any investment/stock, its all about timing.
