Quarter is struck on a foreign planchet. Seen on obverse on Washington's side of head is a horse. Just like Washington it's facing west. Seen right on his cheek bone is one of the horses hoves, the other is right infront of his side burn horses shoulder blends into his side burn. Seen also at the twelve O'clock position is horses hears, partially seen is horses snout and briddel. I did some diggin and came to the conclusion that the foreign coin is a panamanian 25 cent coin. All of reverse is doubled including the eagle the coin has a ligt swampy green color to it.

Looks like a Quarter with normal Circulation wear and tear. Definitely not struck on a foreign Planchet.

This is the only coin from Panama showing a horse.. It's made of silver..
    Your Quarter is not silver.

You know, if you look at that second photo, the one of Washington's head, right in the middle you can see two eyes and below those you can see two tiny nostrils and if you rear back and take it all in, it looks like a RABID DOG to me. I swear.

Google 'pareidolia'. Just like many said in your "error coin" post. You have a vivid imagination, which can be good, but not when examining coins.

You need to re-visit "worthless doubling", "how dies are made" and "deteriorated dies". You were given advice on paredolia on your other thread. And stop going to YouTube...Spark

Come on, you must surely be able to tell When someone who has zero interest in learning any aspect of this hobby and is only looking at coins because some YouTube dope told them there is a million dollar coin around every corner.

The OP has been given many explanations but continues to be pig headed about what his coins aren’t.

Boy its a good thing your are not a sitting judge....you just stated 6 character opinions based on 3 posts from an OP you don't know from Adam and concluded with an insult. Hummmm a direct violation of Forum rule #2 and Code of Honor #3. @frankjg
