1890 Morgan, possible impaired proof?

    1900 Morgan, possible impaired proof?

    What are the diagnostics of the 1900 Morgan Proof Dollar? What are the die markers? This one is nice but I don't know if it is of proof quality. All of the 1900 proofs I have seen on pcgs and ngc are nice cameo's and deep cams. Tom

    The imaged coin looks like a harshly cleaned business strike and doesn't give any indication of having been struck as a Proof.
