Old NGC holder. 91CC 63DPL from the early 1990's. Photos lack what the coin really offers. $245 in 1992.

PCGS probably would- with a big old bow tie and a shiny new 65 grade gift wrapped. J/K
Its impossible to tell with your setup , but if you don't it will probably atleast get a 64 PL which is a small victory I suppose:eek::muted:

I'd gladly accept a 65DMPL from PCGS any day of the week. Any upgrade is certainly worth it. Maybe I will CAC it and see if it gold beans.

I don't see it upgrading, but go for it.

There is no way to tell from those photos. I would never crack the old holder DPL/DMPL or PL holders unless you are REALLY familiar with the shift in standards used by both services.

The only thing I know for sure, is that I really like the coin and the holder. :)

I was thinking the same thing. It needs to stay in the holder.
