Thanks. I knew Bluefish are native to the area. And that they weren't snappers.
    Are snappers baby bluefish?

I got this off Acapulco over 40 years ago. The sea was angry that day my friends. Like an old man trying to return soup in a deli.
9'1 133lbs. I caught other fish since then and ate them, eventually I went to catch and release. And then I gave it up. I feel sorry for the fish cause I am a big wuss. Hijack complete.

This is how i know that this is a huge find. Get yourself a nice cler image of the reverse of flying eagle cent. Split the screen so you can put the image that i posted the one with the black arrow pointing at the what looks like a scratch. Now you have both images side by side take a minute it wont take before you see it. That little scratch is the actual part of the image that is on reverse of eagle cent. They match up perfectly.

OK, explain this. If it was struck on a flying eagle cent, where did they get the copper coated zinc planchet in 1857/1858 to strike the flying eagle cent? This coin is clearly struck on a copper coated zinc planchet that wasn't made until 125 years after flying eagle cents were minted.

I see the marks you are referring to but, If you take the back of an FECent and rotate it to fit your marks you will see that your marks are too close together in the circumference and that they are further apart on the actual coin.
