It was 2 days lol. I had a really bad and stressful day. This gift changed all that. I hope you can hold out, but if you can't then open away. I am so glad I did open it.

 

I think next year I am going to participate in this, I did not think I had good enough things to give this year anyway.

thats half the fun, During the year, I find a few things along the way at a good price, pile em up, and pick a few out for the SS....its always on my mind.

 

Mine went in the mail today and I received mine today!!! It's late at night for me and it's bedtime so I don't have the chance to post pictures right now but I'll tell you it is the best S.S. items I have ever received

And fits right into my new years collecting desires! Plus with the person's name, I'll find out who you are

I also make a pile threw out the year for my SS gift. Every year I give a little more because I want the person receiving it feeling extra special and happy. Giving more makes me feel so good.

I don't get notifications for most of my watched threads. It's a problem with the site. Click on the "watch threads" on the banner to get them.

 

Same thing happened to me last year and this year. I questioned it last year, but the mods assumed it was based on my own error or ignorance (silly mods ) I think what happens is if you click on your notification but do not go all the way through the thread to the final message, you no longer get updates. Could be wrong.

 

I think I did better this year. I hope to do better next year. It’s hard to predict the recipient’s desires and I try to get them something they collect.

 

I am so looking forward to seeing what everyone else got.
