84 LMC rim question

    Newbie69 Doesn't make cents!

    Been trying to put a name to this rim problem but unable to. It doesn't effect both sides, so wouldn't fall under incomplete punch or clip. Was thinking maybe MAD but need help.     Misaligned Die Strike
    There was a High Pressure Strike that caused a Finned Rim.
    Over time the Finned Rim folded over on itself due to circulation.
