I'm going to say.. Not Sure
The little nub looks thinner than it should look.. if that is even a nub. Too much going on around the other digits that makes me think its crud or even some planchet flaws. That's MHO.

What the Paddyman said. Good pix, but I can't tell. I don't know.

Yes, and a toothpick, bamboo skewer, or hardened thorn off a rosebush or tree can be used in the crevices to help work out some of that crud. (In other words, something wooden that's hard enough to use as a pointy tool, but not hard enough to scratch the coin unless you go crazy with it.)

It's a decent looking coin, micro-crud and all.

I would say, sorry, but the positioning of the date is not correct. It's position relative to the denticles and Liberty's bust is too far west. The date on the 8/7 is a bit further to the east.

    V. Kurt Bellman Yes, I'm blunt! Get over your "feeeeelings".

Do guys raise roses just to get the thorns, or what? That's so "Morticia Addams".

Dunno about the rose thorns, but I wish my bamboo skewers were sizzling over a grill with steak, onions, and shrimp on them, instead of in my coin doctor kit.

I think CBD posted one of those here. Look for that photo/ thread and compare.
I'm not seeing enough of a digit behind the 8, but who knows.
