Probably not for people covered by Philly. "New" circulation coinage takes time to travel the states. It's reliant on human behavior and it's not like people are walking around with extreme amounts of change in their pockets nowadays.
Not at all, I'm sitting here right now, found 50 at least. But finding these new coins that look perfect, now that's a challenge! This new metal combination scratches so easily, cheap stuff!
