Got busy looking into some rolls I had laying around fo a long time. Found a strike through 1986 P JFK in one of the rolls. Any chance worth keeping? Sure if you ask me. I need to get a cherry pickers guide. Im sorry about the pictures. I have a hard time with my scanner and for some goshdang reason I couldnt get the lighting right for the close ups of the obverse where you can see the rays from the reverse are running through GOD on the obverse. I love errors. Also Look at how sloppy the Mint mark is. Is there a chance of it being doubled? Also Theres some weird fluid line on it as you can see. But I dont know what to call it. if anything? This was a bank roll I got on Friday 1987 / 2 / 2. I have made a habbit of writeing the dates on the rolls when I get them http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii261/Oldman1176/Scan10034-1.jpg http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii261/Oldman1176/Scan10035.jpg http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii261/Oldman1176/minisee0002.jpg http://i266.photobucket.com/albums/ii261/Oldman1176/minisee0001.jpg Also can some one tell me if there is a way to flip the threads on this forum. so the threads read first to last instead of last to first?
Go to 'User CP'. On the left side under 'Control Panel' click on 'Edit Options'. In 'Thread Display Options' go to 'Thread Display Mode' and select 'Linear - Oldest First'. At the bottom of the window click the 'Save Changes' button.
The mintmark looks like strike doubling. The O in God looks like either a small die crack or possibly a clashed die. It is hard to tell from the picture.

I Have a lot of trouble getting the lighting right. As you can see I hope. It looks like a line go's right across GOD from top of G to bottom of D After looking at it next to the reverse of another same JFK half, It cant be the rays. They run the other way.
