I’ve won six so far, all on pre-bids. It’s past 1am here and I should be asleep, but the adrenaline is keeping me awake!

 

I wasn't aware until like 18:15 that the auction started, completely lost the time. I placed 2 pre-bids and unfortunately didn't won any, and at 18:15 pretty much all the Greek coins were already auctioned... sour

 

Holiday shopping has really killed my funds recently so I couldn't participate Maybe next auction.

 

That was rather intense...

 

Currently I need to conserve my money, but it was great seeing them all.

Already passed. These e-auctions move like lightning. The Roman Pick-Bin is happening now so you can still jump in for some bargains...

 

I know! I can't believe its only 1:30PM now. Almost feels like the end of the day. I had the whole day booked clear for this, but I think I should do some work after all.

 

What a lucky day! I got all coins that I wanted most strongly, and am now waiting for some fun pick bin items.

Also, I was very surprised to see that one of the Romans middle bronzes that I think of as an aesthetic highlight of this auction went for the starting bid of 30 CAD (luckily enough, it went to me). Did no one else consider this reverse exceptionally beautiful? In any case, I'm very happy that it found a new home with me!

 

I won 6 but I lost out on my #1 target...

Still I got some great coins from some great friends! What fun. Congrats SA
