The last quarter was a slam dunk NT...now this next coin has an "interesting" story (and it was not gassed in the holder)...more on that after the guessing.

(but the "story" probably "explains" the colors....)

 

If it wasn't for the blue color I would say NT, however, it just doesn't look right, so AT.

I’ve always thought that coin was AT, even when I first saw it on the TCCS.
