Well, for now, these pretty easy to tell that they're B.S.

Like you said Mat, « for now ». Chinese forgers are getting better at their craft and we may have a big problem in a few years. The best way to hit back is by education. CT is a very good place to learn how to detect those conterfeit coins.

Well, the giveaway is this case is that there are "5 available", and they are selling at a "Buy it Now" price of $3.49 with free worldwide shipping.

But my guess is that someone may be testing the waters.

The portrait on the second coin has decidedly Oriental features.

Noah Finney, you really can't call these coins fakes, they're style copies that have been machine struck. They remind me of Slavey Petrov's coins.

In a few years?!!! There are many impressive Chinese forgeries of ancient coins circulating out there right now. Some have very realistic wear and convincing patinas. Nothing like the goofy repro pictured above. Wake up. It's a real problem. I've posted this link before:

Sadly I think you are right Macromius. I don’t know nothing about ´Morgan’s coin’, but I can tell you for consolation that it is a very different challenge to reproduce 2000 years old coin than modern examples. For now, I’m more suspicious about bulgarian and cypriot coins than chinese ones !

I sense some cultural animus here.
