What's this quarter worth

This quarter also has a raised line coming from back of eagles head and goes through over to the u and n in the word united. Never seen anything like it. What's my coin worth?

I am a little confused since you can see the letters where the "CUD' is. Perhaps @paddyman98 can help out here...

 

If the details are seen in the broken area it would be called a retained cud.

I am guessing that the coin is a 1983 Philly
If so it is this one.
