    Looks like there are die cracks in a few places on the coin. Are they in relief or incused? Happy Thanksgiving!

    I don’t know what you mean. To me it looks like an error. If you enlarge the pic you can see it better.

    I don’t know. It looks like a rod is coming out of the head. When I get home I will take a pic on my microscope.

    Relief=raised above the surface. Incused=below the surface. Enlarged I am seeing possible damage but also a possible lamination behind the head. But once enlarged the pic is out of focus.
