#1 Lead Up to the Paper Money Contest.

For all who plan to enter the contest the following requirement is therefore announced!

In order to qualify for the Contest, I must receive a PM from each player with a time stamp Dated on Friday and/or Sat Feb 8th and 9th. This 48 hour period will qualify all who decide to engage in the Contest.

So everyone who has already stated that they are in, will need to submit a PM with an Official Time Stamp. In part, this will level the playing field and people who have follwed this Thread will know what is going on.

When you post the official rules, please specify the controlling time zone, which I assume is Eastern Standard Time since Lincoln was assassinated in Washington, DC..

After all, 7:22AM on Feb. 18th in Washington is, among other times:

• 12:22PM that same day in England and other parts of Europe
• 9:52PM the same day in parts of Australia, and
• 12:22AM the next day in Guam and the Marshall Islands.

There are forum members all over the world and they need to know exactly when the contest ends.

The "Time Standard" for this contest will be EST (Eastern Standard Time).

It looked like a cool contest but I didn't enter, cause I've won some before/held some before and there might be a young collector who could really use the prize more than me.
