There is no month and day that is 00-00. And yes technically a low serial number has 5 zeroes in front not 4. And ideally are numbered 100 or less. I like my higher number here, because of the 6 zeroes.
I love that song, and that bill did get me to thinking. Will i live 18 more years? Im gonna give it to my son as i think he will like it.
Even though 4 zeros have a minimal (if any) premium I save them if they are in in good condition. If yours was a $1, I would keep it. But I probably would spend the $10
