    More likely a filled die or a planchet flaw than a die break, I think.

    Looks like some lamination errors that got worn smooth over time.

    Not a Die Break.
    I agree with Lamination Peel that smoothed away. It is 99 years of circulation wear.

    Not really rare nor that valuable.
