First, welcome to CT. Potentially I see your coin with a value of one cent as I see no signs of a doubled die (correct term).
Doubling or even tripling can occur when there is a misadjustment in the machine making the actual coin. This can cause the dies to slip and slide and jiggle on its way upward from the finish of the strike. Here is one I kept where you can see 3 bounces on the 7 and maybe 4 on the 9, but it is just of my great interest and not worth a million dollars to anyone, Jim
remember 99.99% of the stuff out of the ordinary is not a mint error. start using google on stuff and you'll learn alot. here's a starting point https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mint-made_errors http://www.error-ref.com/machine-doubling/ https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coining_(mint) But here's the biggest problem. There's no website out there reviewing man made Damaged coins. If one did exist, that website would consist of at least one billion trillion pages as damage is quite unlimited.
Your poll states "Has to be graded to find real value".. You need to understand this also.. Any coin can be graded. They will certainly give you a grade. But if you think you have a variety or error you need to send it to get the coin attributed. That is a different service offered by the coin grading companies which you need to pay an extra fee.
