Not a Cud. Maybe a retained lamination but the last 5 in the date looks doubled. If so it's a poor mans doubled die.
The 1955 "Poor man's doubled die" has been hyped and marketed for years. The last 5 looks doubled, but If I recall correctly, it is just due to die deterioration. I can remember a lot of ads in the coin papers selling these when I was a kid. If you couldn't afford a real 1955 doubled date, buy a "Poorman's" DD for a few bucks. Even though it's not a true variety, many old collectors still think of it as being collectable because of the heavy hype in the 60s and 70s
